Description : Our client a large facilities and property provider are looking for some temporary / interim support on a regional basis to a large portfolio of commercial sites. The requirements for this role are as below: Have a minimum of 3 years single site or multisite experience; Experience in dealing with M&E, building fabric and structural issues gained from item 1; Must have IOSH (minimum); Good communication skills; Needs to demonstrate that you can work on your own initiative; Good computing skills; It is suggested you may be at an assistant fm/building manager level with 3 years experience; Full driving licence; Have your own car; Must have broadband installed at your home location; All expenses including travel will be fully reimbursed.

Description : Our client is a global property management organisation, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Building Manager to overlook the day-to-day operational management of a significant property within the City of London. The individual will be required to ensure the value of the property is maximised and to act in the best interests of the client. You will be a good communicator, who will be able to liaise with the client and building occupiers ensuring a good level of service is maintained. Strong numerical and reporting skills are essential, since the Building Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the property service charge, and expenditure monitoring. Experience in general contractor management and the property maintenance is required. Health & Safety knowledge is essential, as is NEBOSH certification, with full awareness of PPM processes and the requirements for issuing contractor permits is essential.

Description : Our client, an extremely profitable and fast growing global company are looking to recruit a Director of Facilities Management to initially assume a leadership role in managing an extremely high profile office move under tight timeframes. The relocation of two main London offices is scheduled to complete during Dec 10.  The new 86,000 sq ft premises located in EC2 will become our clients London based head quarters and flag ship office space. Initially the role will involve intense project management of highly technical programme delivery working directly with the relocation team and taking direct responsibility for the delivery of all hard and soft facilities services within the premises. The successful individual will have demonstrable experience within a senior operational role; preferably from a leading FTSE corporate facilities environment and have managed strategic and complex offices moves. Having exceptional relationship, project, general management skills, the Director of Facilities will be able to deliver efficiencies across multiple areas and demonstrate experience within supplier management, sourcing, procurement and contract negotiation. You will be technically qualified to degree standard in engineering, project management or architecture, be health and safety trained and a depth of experience of working within demanding fast moving city environments.
