The FMX 40 Under 40 Feature
In 2010 and 2011 the FMX magazine named 40 individuals who looked set to shake up FM. In 2012 the same magazine have identified a new cast of emerging talent in the FM industry.
The main Sponsor Harrow Green summed it up well as: "The idea behind the FMX 40 under forty is pure and simple – it is a showcase for the young and talented in the facilities management industry who are set to shake up FM."
The list this year had a record number of nominations and so Maxwell Stephens were particularly proud to have had both one current and one past employee make it into the FMX 40 under 40 feature for 2012.
