Peter is a UK based Facilities Management Recruitment Expert. His recruitment career spans over 12 years and counting and in this time has held a number of senior positions in the facilities management recruitment sector including Senior Appointments Manager at a FTSE 100 and Director of the Executive Division at FRL.

Peter founded Maxwell Stephens in 2006 and has been instrumental in the development and structuring of both the brand and the business. He is committed to delivering an uncomplicated practical facilities related recruitment service and specialises in senior Private Sector Facilities Management Recruitment for some of the UK's leading FM Service Providers, Property, Real Estate and Corporate End User Firms. He has over a decade of Facilities Management knowledge and he has literally placed hundreds of people throughout the UK within the Facilities Management Industry. Delivering excellent customer focused recruitment is something he feels very passionate about.

Michael has worked within Senior FM recruitment for over thirteen years with particular expertise in Search and Selection, Interim Consultancy and Response Handling campaigns. After working with a FTSE 250 consultancy for seven years, he served on the board at FRL acting as Account Manager for a number of leading service providers including Norland Managed Services, Johnson Controls and Carillion.

Most recently he was the Business Sector Director at The Management Recruitment Group where he launched and led the Public Services Division managing campaigns on behalf of higher education institutions, local government and charitable bodies. In addition to search and selection, he possesses significant experience in assigning interim professionals to manage large change, business transformation and restructure programmes.

As well as recruiting for some of our key real estate and corporate end user clients, Dominique heads up our resource and research function ensuring we provide a wide breadth of candidates for all shortlists. Dominique has an in-depth knowledge of recruitment law and statutory compliance and additionally manages these processes within Maxwell Stephens.
