Business Solutions Manager £Competitive + Package

We are looking for a person to generate competitive commercial solutions for all opportunities whilst ensuring compliance with bid process and corporate governance requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for management of all commercial elements of bidding to ensure delivery of the best possible product to our potential clients; also will pro-actively communicate with Senior Business Solutions Manager especially to give early warning of any issue with meeting deliverables and deadlines.

  • Detailed knowledge of facilities management, hard and soft services and benefits in relation to competitors.
  • Working knowledge of FM Contracts
  • Proven sales success and confidence in abilities
  • Confident negotiator
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Capable hands-on problem solving with ability to generate new ideas and solutions
  • A positive and determined approach to new business opportunities
  • Possess drive, initiative, motivation and a positive and acute attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritise tasks
