- Maxwell Stephens will not disclose the name of a client to a candidate until the point that the client feels this is required.
- Maxwell Stephens will keep our clients informed as to progress on either contingency or retained work at least weekly or more frequently if required.
- Maxwell Stephens will reveal any conflicts of interest immediately to all concerned.
- Maxwell Stephens will report to a client immediately if there are any issues, obstacles or delays, which may harm the provision of any recruitment assignment.
- Maxwell Stephens will only send resumes to clients with good reason and only with the candidates consent.
- In salary negotiations, Maxwell Stephens will need to represent both the client and candidate’s best interests.
- Maxwell Stephens will not disclose any dealings with a client in publicity material or to a third party without written consent.
- Maxwell Stephens will conduct all operations in accordance with the codes of conduct of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.
Our Guarantee
Maxwell Stephens know that sometimes things can go wrong. What is important, however, is that we will endeavor to do whatever we can to put things right.
We operate to a minimum no quibble guarantee that is not dependant on any other factors! That if the appointed candidate leaves the client without reasonable cause within six months of joining, then Maxwell Stephens will offer a free replacement, conduct another search or offer the client a 100% refund.
