We just wanted to say a huge thank you to all our candidates and clients over the last years – your support and faith shown in us is much appreciated and we look forward to building on these relationships, old and new, in years to come.
Year 14 for us brings an office refresh and new people and we are looking forward to expanding our offering across London and the South East. It’s been a huge learning curve, we’ve made mistakes and celebrated lots of life changing career moves for people, but setting up Maxwell Stephens is the best decision we ever made.
As well as attending numerous industry events, some of our most enjoyable memories over the past decade have been from our very own Maxwell Stephens hosted events. They have provided great opportunities to get to know our clients and candidates better and have always bee extremely well received.

From our humble beginnings back in 2006, we are very proud to say that the majority of our recruitment assignments are undertaken on an exclusive business, meaning that many of our clients rely solely on Maxwell Stephens to meet their recruitment needs, and we always deliver!
We have also expanded in terms of retained work, with retained business having doubled in the last year alone.
