As specialist Facilities Management recruiters, we spend a lot of our time talking to the best and brightest in the industry. In such a dynamic and rapidly evolving sector, keeping up-to-date with the challenges, developments and opportunities in FM is more important than ever. With this in mind, Maxwell Stephens are introducing a series of interview podcasts with a wide range of FM professionals to discuss some of the key topics in FM today.
Jason Gurd
For our first instalment we had the distinct pleasure of chatting to Jason Gurd, Director of Cognitive FM, who provide specialist consultancy services to the Facilities Management Sector. Having previously held a number of prestigious FM roles with household names such as Pepsi, EDF Energy and CBRE, Jason started the consultancy in 2018 as a way of doing more of the interesting and exciting FM projects that are out there.
Jason kindly took the time to speak with our Managing Director Peter Forshaw to share his insights of the FM sector, the changing roles of FM professionals, the increasing significance of workplace experience, how to attract new talent to the industry and more. You can listen to the podcast or download it below.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jason for getting involved with our new series of podcasts. If you are a FM professional and would like to be part of our spotlight series please contact Peter Forshaw on 0207 118 4848 or email peter@maxwellstephens.com.
