I wanted to reach out today personally and assure you that Maxwell Stephens are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are working to ensure we meet the needs of our customers as well as provide for the health and safety of our employees.
We are of course guided by the recommendations made by the UK Government, but please be assured that we will continue to deliver our first-class service for all individuals during this time.
We realise this health situation has already been disruptive to many businesses across the globe and wanted to share facts about what we’re doing to support both our customers and employees.
When requested transferring employees to work from home in a kind and caring manner. This will ensure all of our customers will continue to receive an excellent continuous service.
If guidance recommends that we do not conduct face-to-face meetings during this time, we plan to continue with all planned interviews and client meetings either via telephone or digital conferencing so that all customers have the same opportunities.
Working closely with our supply chain to make sure we have any required additional equipment and/or supplies to take care of employees, and by extension, our customers.
As the situation evolves, know we will be investing in our business.
