It can be difficult to Stay positive whilst searching for an FM Job as competition for roles so fierce. Is it any wonder, in today’s facilities management job market, that candidates are facing more challenges and difficulties in finding the right job than ever before?

It is apparent recruitment processes are more thorough and in-depth; after applying for roles, submitting endless CV’s, attending interviews and not securing a new role it can be very disheartening to stay optimistic. Follow up any applications that you make and make sure you keep track of the roles you have applied for.

Companies want to employ people who have the right attitude, start by believing in yourself and what you are capable of and don’t let being rejected for a position affect you proceeding with your job search.
