Taking place at the ExCel London and in its third year, the three day event, running from the 21st-23rd June, is set to be bigger and better than ever, with a host of new exciting features as well as a complimentary educational programme that will run alongside it.
Peter Forshaw, Managing Director of Maxwell Stephens, will be attending the event and speaking on a dedicated panel, discussing facilities management, aptly named ‘Talent in FM – Attracting, Keeping, Inspiring’. This will take place in the Facilities 2020 Strategy Summit on June 22nd at 10.50am, where he will join Linda Hausmanis, the Director of Education at the BIFM in taking a 360 degree view of talent in FM. Topics that they will cover will be attracting the right people and retaining them through staff programmes, as well as how to develop your people through Continuing Professional Development (CPD), education, training and first-hand skills; to deliver a good work-life balance to your people; and how you can make people actually want to work and invest themselves in you. Peter will join Linda on a panel, along with an FM professional and FM client to talk these hot topics out.
Visitors can expect to be fully informed on the most critical issues facing today’s FM world, and the most effective ways to manage your business. They also have the opportunity to meet with all major industry bodies including BIFM, CIBSE and CIWM, as well as other industry experts and key speakers.
