“They lead a lot more with the head than with the heart” – A mock public sector interview with Laura Brinbaum

I recently spoke with Laura Brinbaum, Head of Property for London Fire Brigade. Laura has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, therefore Laura shares her expertise around some of the key differences between private and public sector interviews and the types of questions asked. Laura was also kind enough to take part in a mock interview with a view to supporting jobseekers on how to model their answers and ultimately be successful at interview stage.

There may still be a level of uncertainty around returning to the workplace, however it is apparent that things are starting to move in the right direction.
