My name is Caitlin and I provide administration support at Maxwell Stephens Recruitment. Since starting in October 2018, I have had responsibility for the administrative function within Maxwell Stephens. My focus is on supporting our clients, candidates and the rest of the Maxwell Stephens team to ensure we continue to provide the first-class service we are known for.

Before joining Maxwell Stephens, I gained extensive administration and customer service experience within the food, hospitality and most recently property sectors. These positions helped me to develop the attention to detail, time management and communication skills needed to meet the Maxwell Stephens standard.
