I am the Recruitment Administrator for leading facilities management recruitment company, Maxwell Stephens. Starting at the company in 2018, I am responsible for the company’s central administration function and I am the first port of call for candidates connecting with Maxwell Stephens about our ongoing recruitment campaigns.

Prior to starting at Maxwell Stephens, I gained extensive customer service and administration experience across the service and retail industries. My previous experience has provided me with the tools to communicate effectively, adapt to new situations and quickly develop relationships with our candidates and clients, ensuring that this vital part of the Maxwell Stephens service continues to deliver successfully to everyone we deal with.

Working at Maxwell Stephens, I would describe my daily experience as juggling with a mixture of responsibilities, including candidate engagement and recruitment process management. I think this level of activity is what gives the company its most important advantages – a feeling shared by clients and candidates – that the company does care, it does stay in touch, and it’s there to manage everything from start to finish. One of the worst feelings in the world is disappointment, and that’s one thing we at Maxwell Stephens spends a lot of energy on avoiding doing.
