CPP Investors approached Maxwell Stephens Recruitment to support in the recruitment of a Senior Coordinator of Facilities and Office Services to be based in their London offices. As an exclusive assignment, Maxwell Stephens acted as the sole recruiter for this expansive senior role.

 

The Position

The Senior Coordinator, Facilities and Office Services is responsible for providing administration and support to ensure effective and efficient office operations. They act as an ambassador and subject matter expert for the department and play a key role in representing the department in a professional and on-brand manner.

 

This senior role has a relatively wide remit which covers a range of disciplines such as Health and Safety, Facilities and Office Services, and Security. Some of the main responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

 

– Developing, implementing and administering health and safety programs to meet legislative requirements and CPP standards.

 

– Developing and delivering employee health and safety training.

– Acting as an advisor on security support and administrative matters to colleagues locally and in CPP Investments’ global offices  

– Assisting with space preparedness and readiness for new and existing workspaces.

– Participating in annual physical IT security audits.

The Candidate

For this role it was vital that the successful candidate have significant related experience in Facilities/Office services. The role also required specific knowledge of and prior experience working with access control and CCTV systems; knowledge in occupational health and safety / workplace safety and an in-depth knowledge of work routines and procedures related to Facilities and Office Services.

 

In regards to personal attributes, CPP Investors required an individual with exceptional attention to detail with excellent judgement, professionalism and integrity. With a can-do attitude, the ideal candidate would need to be a reliable, punctual and dependable individual who could perform well with general supervision.
