Southern Maintenance Manager – This role required a candidate with experience of diagnosing and specifying building repairs and maintenance, along with a proven record of at least 5 years multi-site Hard FM Management. Key skills and knowledge required included but were not limited to: technical knowledge of building fabric and M&E; knowledge of Building Management Systems; an ability to explain complex technical matters clearly and succinctly and an in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
Senior Contracts Manager – Proven experience was an essential attribute of the ideal candidate, with a track record of strategically sourcing within a procurement function. They would have the ability to understand and challenge detailed contracts, using effective management skills and an ability to identify and minimise risk to ensure specifications are met and delivered on time and within budget. With exceptional written and verbal communication skills the ideal candidate would have the ability to build and develop productive relationships.
Health and Safety Manager – The ideal candidate for this role would have experience working at a Health and Safety managerial level and
of managing a multi-site portfolio. The role required the ability to provide specialist advice, coaching and practical support across the Health and Safety function of the organisation.
