Join Our Team: Associate Director of Engineering Asset Management

Location: London, UK

Department/Division: Estates and Facilities

Grade: ALC 6

Your Mission: As the Associate Director of Engineering Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in transforming King's College London into a world-class institution. Leading a dynamic team, you'll be the driving force behind the creation, execution, and management of a CAPEX Asset Improvement Pipeline, contributing to a budget of £5m - £15m per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape and lead the Engineering Asset Management Team

- Oversee strategic management of CAPEX Asset Improvement Pipeline

- Collaborate with the Capital Projects team to ensure infrastructure integration

- Champion energy efficiency and environmental sustainability

- Drive compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction

- Master’s degree in a relevant field (desirable)

- Membership of relevant professional organization (IWFM/RICS/CEng)

- Qualified in Project and program management

- Demonstrable knowledge of H&S legislation with IOSH/NEBOSH
