As a Building Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering first-class service at a state-of-the-art office building in Mayfair.

The Role:

As the Building Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and service delivery at our clients prime Mayfair property. You'll lead the provision of essential services including cleaning, security, reception, IT, and more, ensuring that the building operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all building systems, including air conditioning, heating, and security, maintaining top-tier performance.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that service standards are consistently exceeded.

• Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.

• Financial Oversight: Assist in budget management, ensuring that services are delivered cost-effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing high-end commercial properties, particularly in Central London.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• A deep understanding of building maintenance, service delivery, and Health & Safety legislation.

• A proactive approach to client relations, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
