Your Responsibilities
You put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do.
It is mechanical-biased with areas of responsibility including all equipment and materials involved with heating, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical distribution, water supply, sanitation, public health, fire protection, safety systems, lifts, escalators, facade engineering and acoustics.
You will undertake all aspects of building services, working on a wide variety of modern plant, equipment and systems controlled by Siemens BMS. You will carry out reactive and planned maintenance to all Building Services.
You will join an established ‘in house’ team, working a staggered day rota, including weekends. You will be willing to participate in an out of hours call out procedure.
About You
You will have good mechanical experience and/or mechanical approved Apprenticeship, within a large office environment.
It would be beneficial to be Gas Safe Qualified. You will have knowledge of L8 as well as BMS and Lighting Controls Systems.
You will have good problem-solving skills and the ability to be analytical. You will also have very good communication skills.You will have the ability to work as part of a team or individually. You will be able to appropriately manage your time.
You will have knowledge of Health + Safety standards and legislation as well as knowledge of all office Building services, i.e AC, Drainage. You will be competent drawing technically, modelling computers and competent with IT.
