Join Our Clients Team as a Business Support Manager (Contract Services)

We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Business Support Manager to elevate our clients Estates and Academic Department.

Your Mission:

As our Clients Business Support Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the soft services, managing everything from cleaning and catering to waste management and events.

Your role is pivotal in fostering a positive culture among our clients stakeholders, ensuring a proactive and hands-on approach to exceed standards.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and lead a diverse range of services, ensuring excellence in delivery.

• Foster strong relationships with service providers, providing regular updates and reports.

• Undertake quality visits and audits, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• Manage key relationships with external vendors, contractors, and consultants.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to your team.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree, relevant professional qualification, or relevant experience.

• Hold the IOSH Managing Safely certificate or higher.

Your Experience:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent practical experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge and experience of current Health and Safety legislation.

• Strong customer service skills and experience in financial tasks.

• Experience within the Higher Education sector (desirable).

Your Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Effective problem-solving techniques.
