About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Take full ownership of the business unit’s budget, ensuring targets are met and financial processes run smoothly.
Key Requirements:
• Leadership Experience: 5-10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a service-driven environment.
• Operational Excellence: Ability to lead and manage a business unit through high-demand periods, ensuring the delivery of excellent results.
• Client Focus: Skilled in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering on key performance indicators.
• Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic, seasonal environment, with the commitment required during peak times.
