Our client are a successful Charity seeking a permanent Property Manager to join their team.
This is a part-time post and will be working 3 days (21 hours per week). The salary for 3 working days will therefore be £21,000 per annum.
The property portfolio consists of sheltered housing, community buildings, supported houses and offices. You will identify, co-ordinate and manage repair and upgrade works and capital projects. You will understand the performance of the properties and ensure that planned investment decisions consider the needs of residents, the Charity and the wider community.
The key outcomes will be delivering quality, well maintained homes that are where people want to live and where community organisations are enabled to deliver services.
The role will involve planning, managing, monitoring and co-ordinating works ensuring compliance with all aspects of health and safety.
It is therefore essential that you have a strong working knowledge of current legislation surrounding residential management, including health and safety compliance. It is essential that you are educated to degree level with a minimum HNC/ HND in Building Surveying/ Construction management OR have significant experience in housing investment/ maintenance. It is desirable that you are accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

This post is based in Surrey but involves travel to other sites when necessary and a car owner driver is desirable.
