Maxwell Stephens are currently recruiting this role for prestigious national property management organisation to cover maternity leave.
Responsible for mixed use properties in and around Central London and also the management of several regional facilities managers whom have their own properties.
Reporting to director level, you will be responsible for managing FM across the sites. As well as having the required management skills, technical skills and qualifications the successful candidate will be able to balance strong leadership skills with a hands on practical approach.
Previous experience of successfully managing numerous prestigious commercial sites and working to a best in class standard would be beneficial combined with extensive stakeholder management and some budget management expertise. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, highly organised and flexible with sound IT skills and a willingness for travel.

This role is initially temporary covering maternity cover, however there is the possibility that it may lead to something more long term.
