Our client, a Market Leading Property Company, are looking to appoint a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio of 12 properties in the Greater London region.
Your responsibilities will include regular liaison with the occupiers of the buildings and to act as the point of contact for advice and guidance in the day to day operations of the buildings as well as dealing with service charge budgets and contractor management to ensure that the client’s best practices are met.
Further responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety arrangements across the portfolio as well as both reactive and proactive maintenance to ensure that the portfolio maintains the necessary high standards for its occupiers.
Our client are looking for a candidate who will consider the occupiers of the buildings as clients in their own right and endeavour to understand and provide a best possible working environment for the business’.
Reporting in to a senior Regional Facilities Manager, the role will be expected to develop a close working relationship with the Property Managers and work in a number of “virtual teams” including asset managers, client accountants and surveyors.
Please note that is essential that candidates must have a full driving license and a car for this role, business mileage can be claimed. The working day will be part working from home and part hot desking.
