Are you ready to take charge of a pivotal role at the heart of our clients dynamic operations? We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Commercial Estates Manager to lead our clients Facilities department into the future.

Your Role:

As the Commercial Estates Manager, you’ll drive financial oversight across all facilities and construction activities. Collaborating closely with our clients Leadership Team, you’ll ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines, enabling comprehensive project delivery without compromise on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimise Partnerships: Foster robust relationships with our FM partner to ensure seamless job authorization and proactive maintenance.

• Efficient Resource Management: Coordinate our in-house maintenance team’s activities for maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.

• Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project management for new site openings, refining processes and enhancing cost-effectiveness.

• Strategic Insights: Provide strategic financial analysis and reports to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements.

• Initiative Implementation: Programme manage approved initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost management.

• Cost Optimisation: Identify and leverage cost reduction opportunities through insightful market analysis and strategic consultation.

Your success will be measured by your ability to:

• Drive commercial performance in Facilities and Estates.

• Successfully manage end-to-end project timelines.

• Meet reporting deadlines with accurate financial data.

• Ensure precision in commercial calculations and data reporting.

• Maintain efficient facilities communications and invoice accuracy.
