Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team to deliver excellence across various service areas.
• Cultivate strong relationships with landlords, service providers, and contractors.
• Oversee capital projects and optimize office spaces for multiple teams.
• Manage Opex and Capex budgets efficiently.
• Ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met.
• Inspire the team's development, fostering innovation and efficiency.
Minimum Criteria:
• Significant experience in facilities planning and operational management.
• Exceptional leadership and attention to detail.
• People-centered approach, driving workplace excellence.
• Track record of service innovation and data-driven problem-solving.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Criteria:
• Ideal candidates have both client-side and service-side experience.
• International property experience is advantageous.
