Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will:
• Lead a Dedicated Team: Oversee a team of over 50 Facilities experts, guiding them to exceed performance expectations and achieve the strategic imperatives.
• Client Excellence: Ensure a 5-star Total Facilities Management (TFM) service for their esteemed client by maintaining high service standards and achieving client-specific SLAs and KPIs.
• Quality and Compliance: Implement quality control and performance measurement procedures to maintain excellence, compliance with contract specifications, and the highest service standards.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong client relationships and effective account management strategies to foster collaboration and growth.
• Innovative Solutions: Identify service gaps and create innovative business solutions to drive organic growth in TFM services.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and supportive environment by communicating Anabas and Client Values to all staff levels.
• Budget Oversight: Take overall budgetary responsibility, ensuring efficient management of equipment, payroll, materials, and subcontractor costs within budget limits.
• Compliance: Promote and monitor adherence to governance, statutory compliance, and policies within the operational management team.
• Employee Engagement: Create and implement schemes to drive Employee Engagement and motivation, ensuring world-class service delivery standards.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: Champion best practices in Health, Safety, and Environmental management, and ensure compliance and reporting.
• Data-Driven: Develop management information and reporting models to enhance contract performance.
• Contract Planning: Develop annual contract plans and transition plans for new contracts.
• Sharing Best Practices: Establish a forum for sharing and implementing best practices across all sites of responsibility.
• Internal Functions: Undertake internal management functions in HR, Finance, HSE, and Quality.
• Financial Expertise: Create financial models, report on finances, and ensure long-term commercial viability for contracts.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly review the employee journey, gather feedback, and create service improvement plans.
• Innovative Mindset: Encourage creative thinking, challenge the status quo, and drive improvements.
• Safety First: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and implement relevant procedures.
Skills and Knowledge:
We are looking for an Account Manager with:
