The Role: Facilities Assistant

As a Facilities Assistant at our client, you will play a crucial role in their Facilities team, supporting the smooth operation of their prestigious offices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Facilities Helpdesk, promptly addressing queries and requests from their team members.

• Coordinating with external suppliers for maintenance, cleaning, catering, and security services.

• Maintaining accurate records of orders, invoices, and internal reporting.

• Assisting with office moves and other logistical tasks as needed.

• Serving as a central point of contact for firm-wide communication on facilities-related issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: GCSE standard or equivalent education; A Level preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of two years in facilities management, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.

• Skills: Strong IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork.

• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
