Our client are a leading financial services consultancy, whom are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to join their team, with your choice of base in either London or Germany.

Our client need your expertise to ensure their European offices provide an inspiring and efficient workplace experience.

The Role

As a Facilities Manager, you'll be at the heart of our client's operations, overseeing the maintenance, safety, sustainability, and overall functionality of our clients European facilities.

You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals across three vital sub-remits: Facilities, Reception, and Hospitality.

Your mission? To ensure we're not just compliant, but exceptional in all aspects of our facilities.


Leadership: You'll guide and motivate your team to excellence, ensuring they excel in maintenance, repair, health and safety, and operational delivery.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Facilities to develop strategies for optimizing facility operations and driving continuous improvement.

Project Management: You'll be at the helm of our London office move next year, making this an exciting and pivotal part of your role.

Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with various stakeholders to address facility-related issues and implement improvements.

What You'll Bring

Experience: You have a proven track record in facilities management, including managing properties across multiple locations.

Certifications: Possess an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.

Languages: Fluency in English and either German or French (Spanish is a plus).

Tech-Savvy: Embrace modern building technology and new audio-visual, room booking, and visitor booking systems.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.

Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading successful teams.

Flexibility: A hands-on approach to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, even under pressure.
