Are you an experienced Hard Services Orientated Facilities Manager looking for a new challenge?

As part of our clients team, you will be responsible for ensuring the buildings are compliant, efficient and optimised working environments for the clients and occupiers. You will work with a roster of the best architects, designers and engineers to find imaginative ways to improve and extend their properties, while placing an emphasis on sustainable, resilient and cost-effective services.

The Facilities Manager role will cover the full spectrum of Facilities Management, with a specific emphasis on Fabric repairs, management of portfolio hard services contracts and health and safety compliance. You will also be the responsible Duty Holder for Water Management in accordance with L8 requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a holistic knowledge and experience of facilities management, and a thorough understanding of Health & Safety within the Property and Development sector. You will be adaptable, a good problem solver, a strong team player, and have commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities include monitoring statutory compliance, managing and monitoring performance of contractors, property inspections, and providing support to Building and Portfolio Management in the monitoring of programmed works. You will also contribute to planning of property strategies and assist in developing FM policy and procedures.
