Your Mission: As our Facilities Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our hospitality empire. Your mission is to keep our estates in tip-top shape, oversee maintenance programs for more than 50 sites, and be the go-to person for all things facilities-related in the world of hospitality.

β€’ Be the guardian angel for our site management teams across 50+ locations, providing first-line support.

β€’ Mastermind day-to-day site maintenance operations at our clients exquisite venues with precision.

β€’ Lead the charge on planned preventative maintenance, ensuring our clients guests always experience perfection.

β€’ Ensure our clients sites not only meet government regulations, health and security standards, and energy efficiency requirements but also deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

β€’ Be the ultimate negotiator, gaining competitive contractor quotes to maintain the highest standards.

β€’ Drive our maintenance strategy by raising and processing capital maintenance requests for our diverse portfolio of properties.

β€’ Navigate the complex world of contracts like a seasoned pro, ensuring all the sites operate seamlessly.

β€’ Keep the property databases up to date with site information and equipment details, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve.

β€’ Be the financial maestro, monitoring and reporting on budget and KPI performance for maintenance and repairs across multiple locations.

β€’ Collaborate closely with the finance department to reconcile payments and maintain financial harmony.

β€’ Be the liaison with landlord agents on any building issues, ensuring the venues shine.

β€’ Keep a vigilant eye on maintenance compliance for premises license requirements and update our insurance brokers with property matters.

β€’ Step up to the plate when it comes to health and safety requirements identified by the operations team.
