Your Mission: Facilities Transition

As a Facilities Project Manager, your mission is crystal clear: to lead the charge in implementing a new property with a laser focus on the task of transitioning a 70,000 sq ft new building into an active operation. Your background in facilities management is your compass, guiding you as you expertly navigate the often choppy waters of project management.

Collaboration

Your role as a Facilities Project Manager is all about teamwork. You'll collaborate, working closely with selected service providers and key business areas to chart a defined project plan.

Your past exploits in facilities, or building management projects will serve as your guide, ensuring you stay on course toward success.

Your ability to adapt and conquer the ever-shifting tides of challenges will set you apart. Plus, with a supportive crew by your side, you'll keep your internal stakeholders informed and confident through your expert management.

Qualifications and Experience: Your Credentials Matter

While we welcome candidates from various industries and backgrounds, your Facilities and or Project Management experience is non-negotiable.

We'd love to see significant experience in implementing operating procedures and policies and ideally, a professional qualification such as ONC/HNC/HND or a degree with a Facilities Management focus.

Having cut your teeth in the FM sector, a NEBOSH certification would be the treasure chest of knowledge you bring to ensure top-notch health and safety practices.
