Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am - 15:15pm (hybrid working)

The Facilities & Projects Team (FPT) is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our clients team as a Facilities and Projects Coordinator. If you're passionate about creating a seamless environment and thrive in a diverse, service-oriented setting, read on!

Innovative Projects: Be part of cutting-edge projects that enhance the experience and bring the library space to life. From managing online requests to coordinating filming and events, every day is a new adventure!

Collaboration: Join a team that values communication and engagement. As the liaison between Library Services and stakeholders, you'll ensure everyone is on board, minimizing disruptions to the Experience during exciting projects.

Multifaceted Role: Tackle a range of responsibilities, from facilities management and budgeting to project support and communication. Your work will be diverse, challenging, and impactful.

Main Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:

Assist with facilities maintenance requests and work closely with the Facilities Manager.

Manage online requests for equipment and furniture, ensuring seamless processes.

Be the face of Library Services at wide meetings, representing them proudly.

Project Support:

Set up information management control for new projects, ensuring smooth execution.

Craft engaging project communications to keep staff in the loop.

Work closely with in-house teams to produce eye-catching media for project promotion.

Additional Duties:

Contribute to sustainability initiatives and champion Green Impact within Library Services.

Be the go-to person for the annual return, showcasing their achievements.

Represent FPT on committees and boards, actively contributing to the broader library community.

Person Specification:

Essential:

• Previous experience in a service-oriented environment.

• Proficient in MS Excel and adept at drafting reports and spreadsheets.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain a methodical approach.

Desirable:

Experience in maintenance, buildings, or facilities services.
