The Opportunity: As the Group Head of Business Support for sites in Sussex and Surrey, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of service delivery. You'll oversee a wide range of services, from maintenance to events, while leading and motivating the satellite team. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for savings and income generation.

What We Look For:

• Degree or relevant professional qualification (desirable).

• NEBOSH qualification (desirable).

• Experience in health and safety legislation and negotiation.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• A passion for the Higher Education sector (desirable).
