H&S Coordinator (Ref: 006355)

Up to £35,000 OR Equivalent Rate

We are working with our client to recruit a H&S Coordinator.

The H&S coordinator is a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure that training for first aiders and fire wardens are up to date.

• To ensure correct number of both first aiders and fire wardens across the Group.

• To support the H&S lead with all H&S related queries.

• Accident & Near Miss logging & reporting.

• General administration for the H&S management platform, including the production of monthly reports.

• To process any DSE related queries.

• To assist with and manage various risk assessments for the Group.

• To assist the H&S lead in the production and ongoing management of the Asbestos and Legionella Management plans.

Key Skills & Experience Requirements


• Experience within a similar role.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexible and able to work independently.

• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

• Effective team player.

• Dependable & highly motivated

• Able to prioritise and meet strict deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail.


• IOSH Managing Safely Certificate.

• Fire-Marshall Trained.

• Experienced with Risk Assessments & Safe Working Procedures.

• First-Aid Trained.
