As the Head of Facilities & IT, you'll be an integral part of CRC's operations department, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You'll lead a talented team and work alongside visionary leaders, collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team, Health and Safety experts, and other key stakeholders.

About the Role:

Lead Infrastructure Excellence - Your role will encompass the meticulous management of CRC's Property and infrastructure, premises, and IT landscape. You'll orchestrate a symphony of planning, scheduling, and maintenance, ensuring the seamless operation of all our sites on both race and non-event days.

IT Expertise - Design, manage, and enhance our IT infrastructure across multiple sites. Your visionary approach will keep CRC's networks strong and agile, ensuring business and event operations run without a glitch.

Sustainability Champion: You will spearhead initiatives to enhance energy and water efficiency, bringing CRC closer to their green goals.

People-Powered Leadership: Elevate your team, inspiring them to reach their fullest potential. Your leadership will foster an environment of growth, where each team member thrives under your guidance.
