The Role - Head of Facilities Management
We're not just looking for someone who can manage a space; we're looking for a visionary who understands that a well-run, well-maintained office can change the game. The Head of Facilities Management will oversee every aspect of the office, from the big picture to the tiniest detail.

Responsibilities:
• Effective management, maintenance, and improvement of office and property infrastructure.
• Maintenance of hard services (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and more).
• Provision of soft services (cleaning, security, catering, and more).
• Creating the perfect office environment (lighting, cleanliness, security, and more).
• Ownership of building plans, policies, and processes.
• Staying ahead of ever-evolving regulations and legal requirements.
• Negotiating and managing 3rd-party vendors.
• Handling security and building issues.
• Managing Health & Safety across our multiple sites.
• Allocating workspaces, planning moves, and executing them seamlessly.
• Being the key contact for business continuity during incidents.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing reports and presenting to the Senior Management Team.
What You Bring:
• Extensive experience in property, building, and facilities management.
• Proven negotiation, management, and enforcement of contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of planning and change of use regulations.
• Familiarity with competitive tendering processes.
• Exceptional management skills for staff, contractors, and suppliers.
• A comprehensive understanding of office management.
• Business continuity and managing emergencies.
• Expertise in project management (office moves and maintenance work).
• Compliance with health and safety requirements.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualified and a member of IWFM.
• Experience in health & safety and sustainability.
• Ability to develop Facilities Management procedures and policies.
• Knowledge of M&E.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Legal and health & safety expertise.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A balance of technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
