Join our client’s team as Interim Associate Director of Estates & Facilities in London for a 6Month period.

In this role you will work closely with the Senior Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across estates development, facilities management, catering, and health and safety.

This influential role will allow you to shape the future of our client’s organisation while building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Strategic Accountability: You will take senior responsibility for delegated areas of work on behalf of the Senior Management/Board.

·        Budget Management: As a budget holder for allocated areas, you will effectively manage expenditure and income targets.

·        Capital Works Development: Lead the development of a comprehensive program of capital works, ensuring projects are delivered successfully in collaboration with the Senior Management Team.

·        Health& Safety Leadership: Take charge of all aspects of health and safety matters, promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

·        Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

·        Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all compliance and reporting requirements are met, keeping the business up-to-date with legislative changes and maintaining high standards.

·        Continuous Professional Development: Attend training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

·        An under graduate degree or equivalent, coupled with a professional qualification related to estates, health and safety, or hospitality.

·        Proven experience working within estates, facilities management, catering, or a related field.

·        Demonstrated success in managing multiple teams and driving transformative change at a senior level.

·        Previous involvement in large-scale project management.

·        Strong budget management skills, including complex income and expenditure budgets.

·        Proficiency in utilizing information technology and digital systems to design efficient management and reporting systems.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders.
