Are you a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in Facilities Management (FM)? We’re looking for an FM Mobilisation Manager to oversee the seamless integration of new systems and processes while providing essential project support for a high-profile estate in a unique, heritage setting.

The Role:

As FM Mobilisation Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Management to lead the mobilisation of critical systems, ensuring they align with operational goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the mobilisation of maintenance and electrical services contracts.

• Developing a comprehensive contract management strategy with KPIs and SLAs.

• Leading the rollout of a new CAFM and statutory compliance management system.

• Overseeing the implementation of a revised Permit to Work system, including an e-permit platform.

• Coordinating staff engagement and training to support these significant changes.

• Conducting gap analysis for statutory compliance and reporting.

• Reviewing and enhancing Safe Systems of Work in collaboration with the Health & Safety team.

• Supporting the development of a plant replacement strategy aligned with sustainability goals.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in Facilities Management, with strong project management skills.

• Expertise in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services, statutory compliance, and asset management.

• A solid understanding of Health & Safety practices and environmental regulations.

• Excellent communication, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

• A proactive approach to organisational change and staff engagement.
