Key Responsibilities:
Customer-Centric Service: Provide a customer-oriented Hard FM service, ensuring optimal operational usage of all hard/fabric facilities for the benefit of the client.
Risk Management: Maintain Risk Management systems and uphold full compliance with all relevant H&S legislation, ensuring a safe and compliant space for high-risk units.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a multi-discipline team of trade staff, fostering a culture of high-performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Take charge of the day-to-day management and accountability of the budget, working collaboratively to build the annual maintenance budget for the campus.
Innovation and Sustainability: Implement sustainable management techniques and contribute to the development and implementation of campus-wide environmental and sustainability policies.
What You Bring:
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management, HND/HNC in Building Services, and relevant professional qualifications.
Experience: Extensive managerial experience with a track record in energy reduction, budgetary management, and staff development.
Skills: Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in computer literacy.
Attitude: A flexible and proactive attitude, coupled with a commitment to achieving team objectives.
