Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Hard Services and Fabric Maintenance Manager.

You will oversee the effective delivery of Hard Services and Fabric Maintenance across designated buildings within the Estate. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring that the sites not only operates smoothly but also continues to evolve and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety First: Ensure all maintenance operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and on time.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required:

• Qualifications: HND/HNC in Building Services, NEBOSH certification, and English and Maths GCSE A-C or equivalent.

• Managerial Experience: Extensive experience in managerial roles with budgetary management skills.

• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and motivate your team.

• Technical Proficiency: Good computer literacy, including Excel, and the ability to prepare accurate reports.

• Understanding of Regulations: Thorough knowledge of health and safety legislation.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in critical engineering environments.

• Knowledge of environmental, energy, and health & safety management systems.
