Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of a Maintenance Manager in North West London.
You will ensure the building, premises, fleet and equipment are safe, secure and fit for purpose.
You will support the smooth running of operations by working proactively and flexibly when maintenance needs arise. You will source and manage suppliers and contractors as well as undertaking minor works as they arise.
You will undertake some administrative tasks.
You will have working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Experience working in a facilities/estate management role.
You will have a professional, calm and approachable manner.
You will be able to work confidently and happily alone, with minimal supervision.
You will hold a clean driving license and be willing to drive from time to time.
