Are you ready to take charge of a crucial role where no day is the same? Our client is seeking a dynamic Manager for their Premises & Facilities team, reporting directly to the Director of People and Learning & Development.

What You'll Do:

As Manager, you'll oversee our clients entire Premises & Facilities function, ensuring seamless operations across their organisation. From managing a dedicated team to coordinating essential maintenance and support services, your role will be pivotal in maintaining our clients workplace environment at its best.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate our Premises and Facilities Assistants and Reception staff to deliver top-notch services.

• Operational Excellence: From photocopying to office renovations, ensure all daily tasks and projects run smoothly.

• Budget Oversight: Manage budgets with precision, identifying efficiencies and maintaining financial control.

• Health & Safety Stewardship: Champion a safe workplace environment, overseeing practices and mitigating risks.

• Facilities Management: Handle everything from stationery purchases to building maintenance, ensuring all needs are met promptly.

• Project Management: Lead office improvement projects and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

• Environmental Sustainability: Drive initiatives to reduce our clients carbon footprint and uphold our ESG commitments.
