Back to Vacancies ListOn behalf of Maxwell Stephens’ client, a leading property company, we are seeking an experienced Building Manager to manage a prestige GRADE A building in Bristol
The Building Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the trophy building with a key focus on contractor management, management of the service charge budget, people management and responsibility for the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) programme.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be able to forge successful relationships with key stakeholders and with a confident approach you will be able to take responsibility for the building and make an impact from the beginning.
Skills and experience required
- Proven commercial building management experience
- Health and safety IOSH/NEBOSH desirable
- Contractor management
- People management
- Financial management including service charge
- Awareness of maintenance
