Working for a global leader in property at one of their premier sites in the City of London.

You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the site and for supervising the contract team. You will ensure the site is always a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Part of your role will be to proactively address all operational issues and make cost effective recommendations where necessary to improve the site. Developing and maintaining effective working partnerships with occupiers, contractors and stakeholders is a big part of this role alongside working with the Management Surveyor to develop, deliver and report on the Service Charge Budget and control resources.

You will manage the Planned Property Maintenance process with overall responsibility for Health, Safety and Fire compliance for the site; ensuring compliance with insurer requirements regarding inspections, preventative actions and incident reporting as well as overseeing operator alteration works.

Reporting on a weekly and quarterly basis, with responsibility to oversee changes of ownership/tenancy, closing down sales, site lines, unauthorized vacations and vacant unit presentation will be required. In consultation with the Management Surveyor you will develop and deliver the Service Charge Budget reflecting best value, liaising with the Central team and communicating with our operators with responsibility of managing site expenditure

Desirable Requirements

  • An ability to show initiative and work with minimum supervision, coupled with equal ability to work with colleagues and in a team environment.
  • Previous experience multi-tenanted building preferred
