Maxwell Stephens are representing a dynamic TFM Service Provider, whom are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager who can bring flesh lateral thinking into their business and work alongside an already established and successful Business Development team.
The right individual will be bright, articulate and dynamic.
You must have developed FM contracts in excess of £0.5M within the private sector and have previous experience of working for a medium to large service provider.
You must be a ‘blue-sky’ thinker who knows what it is to deliver a tailored FM solution.
You will need to be someone who loves a challenge and thrives under pressure and high expectations.
Our client requires a business development professional who can show experience of pricing, bidding, costing and commercial awareness when creating new business.
