Our client are a successful service provider whom operate nationwide across both the private and public sectors.

  • To plan and prioritize workloads to achieve objectives of delivering M&E services to our client’s buildings, identifying and managing risk, ensuring and proving compliance.  Providing a proactive and responsive service.  Leading a team of mobile M&E engineers and specialist subcontractors and working closely with the central team.
  • To have full understanding of all contractual requirements of Portfolio.
  • Development of staff and the associated training. Ensure all staff are undertaking their duties in line with Contractual Requirements, procedures and their Job Description.
  • The development & implementation of strategies to fully maximize the benefits available from the utilisation of directly employed and specialist sub contract maintenance.
  • To ensure that staff and sub-contractors are managed and services provided in accordance with the Contract specification and Key Performance Indicators. · To ensure that effective communication is maintained at all times within organisation structure both to sub ordinates and Line Manager.
  • Ensure all Reports required to be forwarded to client are completed as per Contract Requirements.
  • Ensure all Procedures and Policies are adhered to in relation to Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, IT and HR.
  • Ensure all Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Requirements are met for all Contracts including meeting all aspects of Payment Mechanisms.
  •  To ensure that effective communication is maintained at all times within organisation structure both to sub ordinates and Line Manager.
  • To maintain a professional relationship with colleagues and customers reporting any incident that may adversely affect service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • To provide a focal point for Client interfacing to develop, understand, manage and communicate on all matters relating to performance, plant optimisation, maintenance activity, and Lifecycle capital works programs.
  • Interface with the Clients Representatives and on-site personnel on the strategic operation of all plant facilities.
  • To be available for advice and guidance out of normal working hours to support the needs of the business.
  • To develop, review processes, monitoring, reporting, operation and maintenance of all parameters required to support the efficient running of the services.
  • Undertake regular audits of Contracts and Sites to ensure company are complying with Contract requirements & Procedures.
  • To ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the relevant Health & safety regulations.
  • To maintain a safe working environment reporting any incident or hazard regarding Health & Safety in the workplace.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety audit action plans are completed and all non-conformities closed off.
  • To manage the payment deduction calculation and invoicing process for the payment mechanism.
  • Be responsible for financial performance of contracts.
  • Essential to have proven M&E background in building maintenance and experience of a similar role for at least five years with another leading service provider.
  • Experience in managing a team of engineers and building fabric operatives.
  • Good understanding of workplace Health & Safety legislation, minimum Health and Safety qualifications of IOSH.
  • Qualified to ONC or equivalent in engineering or proven experience.
  • Good oral, written, IT and numerical skills, Experience in word, excel and power point.
  • Management experience of leading a team in the provision of support services.
  • Experience of managing services to private and public sector establishment/environments is essential.
  • Flexible in attitude and aptitude.
  • Professional in appearance, clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • To lead, guide and directly influence and motivate others towards achievement, to be enthusiastic and committed.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to travel throughout the area is necessary along with a full driving license.
