As part of our clients team, you'll report to the Head of Workplace – International and work closely with a talented group dedicated to creating a thriving office environment. Your positive and optimistic can-do attitude will be invaluable as you assist with various tasks and ensure top-notch customer service for our employees.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver an exceptional workplace experience

• Handle mail and courier services with efficiency

• Conduct regular floor walks to address any issues promptly

• Assist with furniture reconfigurations for events

• Maintain access control systems and issue access cards

• Manage loading bay bookings and vendor access

• Handle waste management and recycling efforts

• Fulfill fire warden duties with diligence

• Order and maintain stationary supplies

• Monitor health and safety issues actively

• Collaborate on workplace projects and office extensions

• Resolve issues raised through our ticketing system

• Escalate tasks as needed and ensure clear communication

• Stay updated on workplace trends and best practices

• Adapt to changing tasks to support our clients dynamic business needs

What You'll Bring:

• Previous facilities/office assistant experience

• Proficiency in manual handling tasks

• A warm and welcoming demeanor

• A problem-solving mindset with a touch of common sense

• Detail-oriented approach to tasks

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Resilience and agility in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in delivering top-notch services in a growing company

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with mail and courier services is a plus

• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new technologies
