As the Workplace Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless business operations by coordinating various workplace tasks. From managing mail and courier services to collaborating with the Workplace Assistant and projects team, you'll be instrumental in enhancing the overall workplace experience for our employees.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate mail and courier services to ensure coverage from 8am to 6pm.

Conduct daily floor walks to identify and address any issues promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams on workplace projects and events.

Resolve issues raised through our ServiceNow ticketing system.

Drive employee engagement and productivity through facilities management and IT/AV support.

Stay updated on workplace trends and best practices.
