The Opportunity: As an Assistant Building Manager at our brilliant client, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the premier properties remain top-tier, safe, and efficient spaces for our clients high end valued occupants.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Building Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of the two properties, including recruitment, third-party supplier management, and the implementation of management procedures.

• Occupier Liaison: Cultivate strong relationships with occupiers, proactively address facility-related issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Team Leadership: Collaborate with on-site teams to create a passionate, knowledgeable, and committed workforce dedicated to delivering excellence.

• Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve services, contribute to corporate goals, and manage budgets effectively.

• Maintenance Oversight: Monitor and manage maintenance, repairs, and building works, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing disruptions.

• Emergency Management: Act as a key decision-maker during critical incidents and represent our property client in interactions with external bodies.

• Sustainability: Promote sustainability practices, monitor utility consumption, and contribute to our environmental initiatives.
