Job Description: As our client's Facilities Manager, you'll be the architect of their working world, overseeing every aspect of their office premises. From strategic planning to the nitty-gritty of day-to-day operations, you'll be the linchpin ensuring our clients environment is not just functional, but a catalyst for greatness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute a facilities management strategy that resonates with our clients company's vision.

• Spearhead operations, including space management, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance.

• Forge alliances with building management and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Be the mastermind behind vendor RFPs and ensure efficient ticket management.

• Innovate by identifying opportunities for operational enhancements and cost savings.

• Champion a culture of preparedness with robust emergency plans and procedures.

Skills Required:

• Seasoned in facilities management with a penchant for corporate settings.

• A maestro in problem-solving, juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

• Fluent in the language of health and safety regulations.

• A virtuoso communicator, adept at navigating all levels of interaction.

• Proficient in facilities management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• A trailblazer with certifications like IWFM or NEBOSH (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ready to hit the ground running with a valid driving licence.

Education and Experience:

• A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
